Banana Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream

Ingredient List
  • 2 cups frozen banana slices (about 2 large, ripe bananas)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4-6 Homemade Peanut Butter Cups
Cooking Instructions
  1. Slice two large, ripe bananas into coins. Add single layer to gallon Ziploc freezer bag, freeze overnight.
  2. Remove from freezer, let banana coins thaw for 2-3 minutes, then place in a food processor with vanilla extract.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds at a time, scraping down the excess with a spatula in between, for about two minutes, or until mixture is creamy.
  4. Slice 4-6 Homemade Peanut Butter Cups, then add to food processor and pulse until Peanut Butter Cups are crushed.
