Recipes for Your Picky Eater

Do you have a picky eater who needs more protein? Making meals with enough protein, while tasting delicious is harder than it should be, some days. For those days, here are four of tera’s favorite recipes (picky eater approved!)

Individual pizzas are a fun way to cook together as a family and allow everyone to build their own tasty dinner. If you’ve got a picky eater who only likes cheese as a topping, this broccoli and whey protein crust is a great way to add more nutrition to his/her dinner.

Chocolate cookies don’t always have to be filled with tons of sugar and additives—take these avocado and whey protein cookies for example. With only ½ cup of sugar, a scoop of protein and an avocado, these cookies are a delicious treat you’ll want to eat, too!

Most picky eaters pick peanut butter. Mix some chocolate protein powder with peanut butter and spread on top of the apple slices, sprinkle with oats and chocolate chips. This snack will keep tummies full and sweet tooth’s satisfied.

Nice-cream is a wonderful substitute for your picky eater who loves ice cream. Made from frozen bananas and berries, this little bit of protein will make a filling snack or a sweet dessert!
