Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
- ⅓ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 scoop of Tera’s Organic Plain whey protein powder (or for more pumpkin flavor try Tera's Organic Pumpkin Protein)
- Additional sweetener, as desired (stevia, xylitol, agave, etc.)
- Mix tera’s Organic Plain whey protein with 1 cup of almond milk.
- Place milk/whey mixture with all of the other ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more whey if it is too runny or more almond milk if it is too thick.
