Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake



  • ⅓ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 scoop of Tera’s Organic Plain whey protein powder (or for more pumpkin flavor try Tera's Organic Pumpkin Protein)
  • Additional sweetener, as desired (stevia, xylitol, agave, etc.)


  1. Mix tera’s Organic Plain whey protein with 1 cup of almond milk.
  2. Place milk/whey mixture with all of the other ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more whey if it is too runny or more almond milk if it is too thick.
