Oatmeal st-ookies {almost cookies}

Have you ever had cold pizza for breakfast? How about ice cream? What about cookies?

If you answered, “yes,” to any of the following: We’ve got some great news for you. We now have a recipe that you can eat as a healthy breakfast or a snack. This breakfast-snack is so yummy, it’s almost cookies…it’s stookies!

Here’s what you need:

4 large (ripe) bananas

1 ½ cups oats

½ cup coconut flakes

2 scoops tera’swhey Simply Pure Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder

½ cup (mini) chocolate chips

¼ cup pomegranate craisins (any craisins)

¼ cup pecan pieces (any nut)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add oats, coconut flakes, protein powder and mix.
  4. Add chocolate chips, craisins and nuts. Mix well.
  5. Grease baking sheets.
  6. Scoop 1 tbsp. cookies onto sheet ¼ inch apart.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
  8. Remove from sheet and let cool.
  9. Enjoy!
