Healthy Mint Protein Shake
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Celebrate with a healthified version of a certain calorie-laden, sugar filled mint shake. We’re here to help! Try our super simple, super delicious Mint Protein Shake.
- 1 c spinach
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1/2 c coconut milk or milk of choice, unsweetened
- 1/2 c Greek Yogurt, plain
- Cacao nibs or chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract
- 1 scoop of tera’swhey rBGH-free Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
Blend spinach and milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Done and done. Enjoy!
