Healthy Mint Protein Shake

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Celebrate with a healthified version of a certain calorie-laden, sugar filled mint shake. We’re here to help! Try our super simple, super delicious Mint Protein Shake.


  • 1 c spinach
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1/2 c coconut milk or milk of choice, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c Greek Yogurt, plain
  • Cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract
  • 1 scoop of tera’swhey rBGH-free Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Directions:

Blend spinach and milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Done and done. Enjoy!
