Dark Chocolate Protein Popcorn

  • Using an air popper or a large pot, pop 1/4 cup popcorn kernels. Set aside in a large bowl to cool.
  • Heat peanut butter and coconut oil until melted. Stir well until blended.
  • Add 2 tsp cocoa powder and 1 scoop of dark chocolate protein powder to the mixture. Stir well.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and stir with your hands or a spoon until the popcorn is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the second scoop of dark chocolate protein powder over the popcorn, and stir again with your hands or a spoon until the popcorn is evenly coated. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
