Cinnamon French Toast

  • Cut bread into quarter inch thick slices.
  • Mix eggs, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir well.
  • Preheat griddle or stove top at 300 degrees. (medium-high on stove top)
  • Using a fork, place the bread into the egg and milk mixture and dip both sides. Slice should be completely covered before placing it on the cooking surface.
  • Cook until each side is golden brown.
  • Serve warm or store in freezer for later use.
