  2. Cut bread into quarter inch thick slices.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir well.
  4. Preheat griddle or stove top at 300 degrees. (medium-high on stove top)
  5. Using a fork, place the bread into the egg and milk mixture and dip both sides. Slice should be completely covered before placing it on the cooking surface.
  6. Cook until each side is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm or store in freezer for later use.
